The Morrison Center Main Hall is the primary performance space at the Morrison Center. The Morrison Center seats 2002 and can be cut down to a more intimate space using the Mezzanine curtain. Broadway In Boise, Boise Philharmonic, Ballet Idaho, Opera Idaho and many other local and national touring acts perform on the Main Hall stage.
The Danny Peterson Theatre is a black box theatre located inside the Morrison Center. This 210-seat space is used as a classroom as well as hosting student and public performances.
The Danny Peterson Theatre is managed by the Theatre, Film and Creative Writing Department at 208-426-3957.
The Rectial Hall is located on the academic side of the Morrison Center. This 200-seat space is used as a classroom in addition to hosting student and public performances.
The Recital Hall is managed by the Music Department at 208-426-1596.
The Morrison Center provides a complete proscenium stage and seats 2000 +/- depending on technical requirements. We work with our partners to make every event, concert, comedy show, dance, and more; a successful endeavor for all.
